| Manitoba’s travel industry raised $9,800 to assist Haiti relief efforts
Manitoba's travel industry showed its support for the people of Haiti during a fundraising event on Feb. 12 in Winnipeg. The event, billed as the “Travel Social of the Century”, had an attendance of over 300 people and raised $9,800 to assist the Mennonite Central Committee in Haiti relief efforts.
