CITC & ATOURZ SOUTH INDIA FAM  This CITC & ATOURZ Sacred Journey Through South India FAM will take in major attractions of the spiritual and cultural centre of South India. Participants will travel to Chennai, Kanchipuram (The Golden City of a Thousand Temples), Mamallapuram and Cochin. The cost of the land portion of the FAM is $895 based on twin share. CITC members receive a $50 reduction from the land fees. Airfare on Air India from Toronto to Delhi and connection on to Chennai is available at $807 plus taxes of $566. NĀRAT, CITC & ACTA TUNISIA FAM  NĀRAT, in association with The Canadian Institute of Travel Counsellors and the Association of Canadian Travel Agencies, is offering an agent FAM to Tunisia that will take place from Nov. 1 to Nov. 11, 2012. The Tunisia FAM which will be escorted by NĀRAT’s CEO, Thanushka Nanayakkara and will explore Tunis, Gammarth, Carthage, Sidi Bou Said, Sbeitla, Tozeur Oasis. Tamerza, Douz and the Sahara Desert, Matmata, Jerba Island, Tataouine, El Djem and Sousse. The trip is open to all members of the travel industry, however owners and individuals in managerial positions, as well as qualified CTCs and CTMs will have priority acceptance. The minimum pre-requisite is two years of travel-selling experience. Participation is limited to one counsellor per agency location. No companions or spouses are allowed. All participants will enjoy single accommodation. The cost is $1,458 for CITC and ACTA members and $1,488 for members of the travel industry at large. Taxes of $342 are additional. This includes return international airfare and taxes, transfers, comprehensive tours and entrance fees, luxury and deluxe class accommodation on a singles basis.
